This is a library of cycling specific stretching and gentle training videos to help you build a stronger body and posture to make riding more enjoyable. Videos are only between 15 to 20min long!
Here's what you'll get:
Download the app on your phone or tablet (it works on the computer too). Choose the type of workout you'd like
to do that day. There is a choice between a stretchting session, general program for body conditioning or a
specific short program that will help with the niggles you may have.
Here at Be-Spoke have been members of Dynamic Cyclist for years and benefitted from following the programs and
seen the positive effects of daily (or almost daily) sessions. We like the variety of the exercises on offer so
it keeps it fresh and interesting. The sessions are short but you can feel the effect of the workout.
We love that it takes away the mental load of having to make your own list of exercises, just logon and click on
your next videos and voila.
The exercises are simple and well demonstrated so it's easy to follow even for beginners. You can do these
exercises at home or at the gym, you choose! You don't need a lot if gear, only a few affordable items.
